Barclays Eagle Labs is a suite of services and co-working spaces for startups, designed to help young businesses find their footing and thrive.
Barclays asked for authentic, useful content to both educate its startups and entice new members to the bank. This meant interview-led articles, explainers, educational materials, and video—and the latter will be the focus of this page.
It was the middle of the pandemic. Our content agency was looking for ways to make compelling content. Enter vodcasting. Using Riverside, an online vodcasting tool that records video locally to ensure recordings are smooth and freeze-free, we interviewed startup founders to produce simple but engaging video interviews.
Between three of us we produce in excess of 100 videos on a range of startup topics. One of my favourites, entitled What I learned about cash flow as a startup founder, can be seen below, part of a four-part series on cash flow. It’s great for a few reasons, but mainly because the founder was well prepared and had a quality HD webcam and mic to boot.
